Agora on Telegram
You do not need a website, an email address or an account. Message @Agora_Hefes_bot and you can list your business, claim one that is already here, and answer customers — all in the same chat.
1. List your business
Describe your business the way you would tell a neighbour. Bahasa Melayu, English or 中文 — the bot answers in whatever you write.
“Saya buat servis aircon kat Cheras. Buka 9 pagi sampai 7 malam, hari-hari. Cuci aircon RM80 satu unit.”
It will ask for anything missing — your area, your hours, roughly what you charge — and show you the whole listing before anything goes live. Nothing is published until you say yes. You can also share your location pin instead of typing an address.
Because you messaged us from the business’s own account, that account is confirmed as yours in the same step. There is no code to type and no email to click.
2. Or claim a listing that is already here
Agora lists some businesses from public sources before their owners arrive. If yours is one of them, send /claim — or find your listing first and follow the button.
You will be asked for:
- • which listing is yours;
- • your business licence or SSM registration number, and the business name exactly as registered — often not the name on the signboard;
- • a photo of that licence, taken right there in the chat.
The document is checked against the listing. Most claims are settled in the same conversation; anything that does not line up cleanly — a blurry photo, a trading name that differs from the registered one — goes to a person first, usually within a working day.
That check is not bureaucracy. Without it, anyone could claim your business and every enquiry meant for you would land on their phone instead.
No licence? Register your own listing instead — that is instant and needs no review.
3. Answer customers in the same chat
Once you are listed, AI assistants can find you and send enquiries. They arrive here as ordinary messages. Reply to one and your answer goes straight back to the customer.
Your number is never published.
Not on your listing page, not in the data AI assistants read, not to the customer messaging you. Every message passes through Agora in both directions, so you can stop answering any conversation at any time and nobody keeps a way to reach you directly.

Listing and basic verification are free.
Why Telegram and not WhatsApp?
WhatsApp is coming. Telegram works today and needs no approval from anyone, so it is where the pilot runs.
The bot never messaged me first.
It cannot — Telegram only lets a bot reply to someone who has written to it. Open the chat and tap Start. That restriction is also what makes the account proof work: reaching us at all means the account is in your hands.
Can I edit my listing later?
Yes. You get a manage key in the chat when your listing goes live — it is shown once, so save it. It is the only way to edit your listing, because Agora has no passwords for businesses to lose.
